Review: Don’t order on valentine’s day unless you want to test your luck. I can see they have some satisfied customers but I am not one of them and for sure I will never be and wonder how many other customers was let down yesterday and today.
Despite I gave a lot of credit of trust and understanding how busy time this business face I am extremely disappointed with their approach. The all suprise I planned is spoiled. I placed an order week before valentine’s and yet service was not delivered.
The most disgusting thing is once I cancelled my order and requested a refund I received an email with assurance the driver will be soon. Today ( 15th of Feb) afternoon is a bit too late for such things. Clearly the business is happy to take the money but not so happy to deliver the service.

Review: I ordered through this website and they sent a cheaper bouquet than I ordered. I emailed them twice and haven’t heard anything back. Somehow I ended up ordering from Handy Flowers (very bad reviews) through this website with good reviews. Those 2 websites are linked somehow and it’s a total scam.

Review: I called Flower Delivery with only two days before my fathers funeral. They were very accommodating. They told me that the spray may have some substitute flowers because of the season. The Sprays were absolutely lovely, in the right place, and on time. The attendants that I spoke with were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Flower delivery to anyone.

Review: I ordered a £60.00 bunch of flowers last Thursday from this florist to be delivered the same day to my daughter’s which they did so that went well. Unfortunately by Saturday morning just 2 days later some of them were wilting and we’re well past their best. My daughter sent me the pictures and I called the shop back, they didn’t really seem to be concerned, I asked for their email address so they could see for themselves but they wouldn’t give it to me and abruptly hung up saying they will get back to me, yes you’ve guessed it….they never did. Not good customer service. Be warned and good luck if you use them..

Review: Poor flowers and poor customer service!!
I was kindly bought flowers from this florist by a family member as a gift for starting a new job. When I received them, they were beginning to droop which was disappointing, but they were a pretty arrangement. Within just 2 days most of the flowers were brown, with petals falling off, and I had to throw them after just 5 days as the rotting smell was taking over the room (photos). When taking the flowers out of the box, the water was completely dark and murky, and the smell actually caused me to retch – after just 5 days!! When the family member phoned to query the poor conditions the flowers were received in, he was immediately dismissed, and it was suggested that my poor care of the flowers had caused them to wilt. No apology or alternative was offered. Will not be using again and do not recommend
