Review: Hi, I usually come to your stand about once or twice a week as I work in the bank area and always get a flowers from here but today I’ve had the worst experience.
The worker told me a higher price than usual and I kindly asked him how’s it gone higher by £10 than usual as spend around £30-£50 each visit, today I saw a very cute small one but he was charging £40 this didn’t make sense to me I told him I come here often he did lower the price but also said we aren’t making money here I have to charge high.
This didn’t sit on my chest right as yes I understand everywhere is having financial difficulties but why try scam customers I did tell him I won’t be coming back he smiled in my face and said okay.
To be honest if he really did care about the sales and boosting the revenue he shouldn’t have turned me away like that this wasn’t very professional of him it’s quite rude actually.
I definitely won’t be back to get my Mrs flowers from here again.

Review: Cannot recommend this place enough! I was in a time sensitive situation and needed some flowers delivered the same day! The customer service over the phone was excellent and my order was placed within minutes. The estimated delivery was an hour and a half, but I got a call only 45 minutes later confirming they’d been successfully delivered. The bouquet was absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend Bobby’s flowers to anyone and this will be my go to florist in the future!!
