Review: A Truly Thoughtful and Caring Florist
I visited London last Christmas and happened to pass by Wimbledon Station, where I was drawn to the charming Blooms at London flower shop. Every year, I send a bouquet to my dearest friend for her birthday, and this year, I decided to order from Blooms online.
When I didn’t hear from my friend about the bouquet, I started to worry. She checked the delivery location twice but found nothing. I reached out to the shop via email (I’m in Canada), and they responded promptly and professionally. They confirmed the bouquet had been delivered as requested, but upon learning that my friend hadn’t received it, they immediately offered to send a replacement – no hesitations just genuine care.
As it turned out, my friend happened to be at the shop and decided to stop by. The florist recognized the situation right away and kindly prepared a fresh bouquet on the spot. And guess what? It was exactly what I had ordered – green and white, fresh, and absolutely beautiful!
